But we believe the biggest reason for your success is our philosophy regarding education and on-going support.
We don't send you to a class in another city to learn the ProAM software; we believe your education should be in your office, using your data, responding to your firm's requirements. Aside from the obvious benefits in working with live data, everyone in the information chain is educated. As an example, consider Accounts Payable: with 'them', you are shown how to enter an invoice in a classroom using dummy information. With Forob you are educated using your firm's daily entry, dealing with your firm's special quirks (and every firm has them!). Beyond that, Forob education for Accounts Payable includes more than one person: the administrator is educated on audit, cash management and cash requirements, and the partner is educated on cash flow and analysis. Our goal is that everyone in the information chain is getting maximum benefits from the use of ProAM.
Service and support are the part of a system price tag that is often overlooked by the buyer and, as an after-sale item, often under staffed by the vendor.
